New Delhi, Dec 09 (ANI): Exiled Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama said demilitarization of nations is the key to world peace. The Dalai Lama made the comments while delivering his speech during an event, 'Ethics and Happiness' in the national capital. He added that demilitarisation has to be done on two levels, inner disarmament and outer. We are not seeking independence from the Chinese government but we want them to recognize Tibetans' culture, region under Tibetan autonomy, said the spiritual leader. China says its rule has bought prosperity and stability, rejecting claims from Tibetan exiles and rights groups of widespread repression.
