New Delhi, Oct 12 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Manoj Tiwari on Friday expressing his anger against the extension given to him in the ongoing contempt proceedings against him said that the case of contempt against him is invalid and there is no question of apologising. Tiwari said, "The court has given another date for the case i.e. on October 30. Problem of people are not being considered. There is no question of apologising as the contempt case against me is invalid. I have just voiced against the corruption." He had earlier alleged that "corrupt officials" of the East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) were arbitrarily carrying out court's orders to seal properties violating building laws. The Delhi Police filed a complaint against Tiwari and the Supreme Court served him a contempt notice for breaking the lock at Gukulpur village of north-east Delhi.
