Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), Dec 16 (ANI): Wreath laying ceremony of Army jawan Sawar Kishan Singh Rajput was performed in Srinagar on Sunday. He lost his life in an encounter between terrorists and security forces in Pulwama on Saturday. Today, Indian Army paid tributes to jawan, who made the supreme sacrifice during counter terrorist operation on December 15 at Sirnoo village of Pulwama District, wherein three terrorists were eliminated. Sawar Singh sustained bullet injuries and was provided with immediate first aid and also evacuated to 92 Base Hospital, but unfortunately succumbed to injuries. He was 29-year-old and had joined the Army in 2010. He belonged to Bhichri village of Ratangarh Tehsil in Churu (Rajasthan) and was survived by his wife and two sons.
