Punjab shutdown against riots hits normal life
Amritsar/Ludhiana, November 03 (ANI): A 12-hour shutdown to mark the 25th anniversary of 1984 anti-Sikh riots disturbed the normal life in Punjab on Tuesday.Activists of various Sikh organizations like Dal Khalsa International and Khalsa Action Committee blocked train and road transport to enforce the shutdown called to protest the inaction against the accused of 1984 riots that killed nearly 3,000 people.
