Sale of Haj items shoot up ahead of Haj pilgrimage

Srinagar, November 03(ANI): The Sale of religious items needed for Haj pilgrimage has increased in Srinagar of Jammu and Kashmir with devotees preparing for 'Haj' pilgrimage to Mecca-the sacred place of Muslims. 'Haj' is considered as an imperative duty for the Muslims. Every sane adult and financially sound Muslim is required to pay at least one visit in his or her lifetime. A large number of Muslims have started preparing for the pilgrimage. They purchase products like Ahram, towels, air bags, passport bags, rose beads, mats, slippers and other cotton dresses.
