Shiney remanded to three day police custody

Mumbai, June 15 (ANI): Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja, who was arrested in Mumbai for alleged raping his domestic help, has been remanded to three day police custody on Monday. The actor was produced in Andheri court. He has been booked for rape under Section 376 and also charged under Section 339 for wrongful restraint and Section 506 for threatening another person. On Sunday night Abuja's domestic help launched a complaint alleging she was raped by the actor.
