Chennai: Pranab Mukherjee's aam aadmi Budget failed to enthuse the stock markets. Minutes after Pranab began his Budget speech, the Sensex went into a tailspin, finally ending the day with the loss of 870 points. Stocks, cutting across sectors, were battered. It was the word Budget day for the Dalal Street.
