Tribals are victims of systemic exploitation: PM

New Delhi, November 04 (ANI):Expressing concern over the condition of tribals in the country, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday said that there has been systemic failure in giving the tribals a stake in modern economic processes.Singh also urged state governments to give a healing touch" to the victims of systemic exploitation.
